OtterLife User Content Submission Agreement
To use the OtterLife user upload content service (referred to as “this Service”), you should read and comply with the User Content Submission Agreement (referred to as “this Agreement”). If you are under 18 years of age, please read this Agreement with your legal guardian and decide whether to accept this Agreement.1. Scope of Agreement
1.1 This Agreement is an agreement between you and Ningbo Yifu Technology Co., Ltd. and its affiliates regarding your use of this Service. 1.2 This Agreement is considered a supplementary agreement to the User Agreement and is an inseparable part of it. 1.3 Our company reserves the right to modify this Agreement at any time.2. Service Description
2.1 You shall not engage in any activities that violate laws and regulations, including but not limited to the following: (1) Actions that oppose the fundamental principles established by the Constitution (2) Actions that endanger national security, leak state secrets, subvert state power, or undermine national unity (3) Actions that damage national honor and interests (4) Actions that incite ethnic hatred, ethnic discrimination, or undermine ethnic unity (5) Actions that undermine national religious policies or promote cults and feudal superstitions (6) Actions that spread rumors, disrupt social order, or undermine social stability (7) Actions that disseminate obscenity, pornography, gambling, violence, murder, terror, or incite crime (8) Actions that insult or defame others or infringe upon the legitimate rights of others (9) Actions that infringe on others’ intellectual property rights, business reputation, and other legitimate rights (10) Actions that maliciously fabricate facts or conceal the truth to mislead or deceive others (11) Publishing, transmitting, or spreading advertising information and spam (12) Other actions prohibited by laws and regulations 2.2 You guarantee that the works you upload to the OtterLife software comply with relevant national laws and regulations. 2.3 If OtterLife determines that you have infringed upon the legitimate rights of others, OtterLife reserves the right to take the following measures: (1) Require you to immediately replace or modify the relevant content of the infringing work (2) Take measures such as restricting user access to works that violate the above guarantees (3) Remove works that infringe upon the legitimate rights of others until terminating your use of OtterLife software services (4) Pursue your legal liability (5) Publicly announce your actions (6) Other measures deemed appropriate by OtterLife4. Suspension or Termination of Service
4.1 In the event of force majeure that prevents the continuation of the user upload content service, our company will notify you as soon as possible. 4.2 If our company discovers or receives reports that you have violated any provisions of this Agreement, our company reserves the right to use technical means to delete, block, or disconnect the relevant information.5. Notices
To facilitate your access to our company’s relevant information, you agree that our company has the right to provide notices through webpage announcements, page prompts, pop-up windows, message notifications, and other methods.6. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
6.1 The effectiveness, performance, interpretation, and dispute resolution of these service terms shall be governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China. 6.2 Any disputes regarding the content or implementation of this Agreement should be resolved through friendly negotiation as much as possible.7. Other Provisions
