We need to collect your device information, specifically including device name, device model, device identification code (including IDFA, Android_ID, MAC, OAID, Advertising ID, Serial Number, UAID, ICCID, hardware serial number UUID, IDFA), hardware serial number, device serial number, mobile application list, operating system and application version, language settings, unique device identifier, self-startup, carrier network type, and similar hardware and software characteristic information, and network information. If you refuse to provide the corresponding information, you will not be able to use our products and/or services normally.(II) Extended Function Services
The main extended function services we provide include: registration and login, creating health profiles, using recording tools, exercise data synchronization, and member information synchronization, as detailed below. OtterLife may use the Accessibility API service to help you quickly translate non-native language text in applications to achieve multilingual accessibility. If you do not grant this permission, it will not affect the normal use of other functions.Health and Fitness Information
We request to be associated with Apple Health & Google Health Connect to obtain your step count data, sleep analysis, heart rate, and establish your calorie consumption goals. Important: Generally, your health data is stored and utilized locally on your device. It is not uploaded to our servers for general storage. However, if you explicitly choose to use our AI-powered features, specific health metrics necessary for the analysis will be temporarily transmitted to our AI service provider. OtterLife includes optional features powered by artificial intelligence to provide you with personalized health insights and recommendations. Data Sharing: When you use these features, we transmit relevant data (such as your activity logs, sleep patterns, or user queries) to our trusted third-party AI service providers solely for the purpose of generating a response. AI Service Provider: Our current AI service provider is Google Gemini, provided by Google. User Consent: We will always ask for your explicit permission within the app before sending any personal health data to the AI service. Data Protection: We have entered into agreements with our AI providers ensuring that your health data is NOT used to train their AI models and is not retained by them after the analysis is complete.How We Use Information
We use the information we collect for the following purposes: Improve, Personalize, and Develop the Services We utilize collected information to enhance, personalize, and develop OtterLife services. This includes generating AI-based health advice, ensuring service stability, and developing new features. Processing health data is based on your consent (GDPR, Art 6.1(a) and Art 9.2(a)). Communicate With You We use your information to send you service notifications and respond to your inquiries. We assure you that the information we collect will never be sold.Sharing of Information
We do not sell your personal data. We may share information in the following limited circumstances: AI Service Providers: To provide intelligent health analysis features (as detailed in the “AI-Powered Features and Data Processing” section). Legal Requirements: We may disclose information about you to comply with legal obligations, protect our rights, or prevent illegal activity. Aggregated Data: We may share non-personal information that is aggregated or de-identified to prevent identification of individuals.Security of Your Personal Data

For example: within the scope permitted by laws and regulations, when it is necessary to protect the interests, property, and safety of OtterLife or OtterLife’s partners, you, other OtterLife users, or the public from harm;
- Sharing with OtterLife Operator’s affiliates: To provide you with services, or to protect the personal and property safety of you or OtterLife Operator’s affiliates or other users from infringement, OtterLife Operator may share your personal information with its affiliates;
- Sharing with OtterLife Operator’s authorized partners: We will entrust authorized partners to provide you with certain services or perform certain functions on our behalf. To protect the security of your personal information, before sharing your personal information with partners, we will sign corresponding personal information use or confidentiality agreements with them, requiring them to process personal information in accordance with our instructions, this policy, and any other relevant confidentiality and security measures.

(I) Protection of Personal Information- OtterLife Operator will conduct level assessment and security evaluation of OtterLife in accordance with relevant regulations.
- We will take reasonable and feasible measures to try to avoid collecting irrelevant personal information. We will store personal information collected and generated within the People’s Republic of China within the territory of the People’s Republic of China.
- OtterLife Operator has strict data protection and management measures. We will take security measures to protect your personal information from unauthorized access, use, disclosure, modification, damage, loss, and other forms of illegal processing.
- In the unfortunate event that the data security obtained and stored by OtterLife Operator is compromised, or due to external actions (such as hacker attacks) the user’s non-public information is disclosed to unrelated third parties, OtterLife Operator will activate emergency plans, form an emergency response team, start procedures, conduct internal investigations, report to and notify regulatory authorities, and cooperate with regulatory authorities to reduce the impact of the incident on users. At the same time, we will inform relevant users through push notifications, emails, announcements, and other forms.
- If our products or services cease operations, we will promptly stop collecting your personal information and notify you of the cessation through push notifications, announcements, and other forms. In any case, we will delete or anonymize your personal information held by us after terminating services or operations.
