OtterLife App Payment Agreement
OtterLife App membership service is a paid premium service. You must fully agree to all the following terms of service and complete payment to enjoy the related services.Cancellation Instructions
To cancel your subscription, please manually open the payment method to cancel the auto-renewal service:- If you chose Alipay payment: Please manually open Alipay “My” -> Go to “Settings” -> Click “Payment Settings”, select “Password-free Payment/Auto-deduction” page, select “OtterLife Membership” to cancel your subscription.
- If you chose Apple iTunes account payment: Please manually open “Settings” -> Go to Apple ID -> Subscriptions -> Select “OtterLife Membership” to cancel your subscription.
1. General Provisions
1.1. OtterLife App is a network platform created and operated by Shanghai Ruoyou Network Technology Co., Ltd. 1.2. OtterLife App users are registered users who have completed the full registration process, agree to accept the OtterLife App User Agreement, and use OtterLife App services in accordance with the relevant usage specifications of the OtterLife App platform. 1.3. OtterLife App membership service is a paid premium service provided by the OtterLife App platform to OtterLife App users. 1.4. OtterLife App members must comply with the OtterLife App User Agreement and the Privacy Policy.2. Service Fees
2.1. Standard pricing is shown on the payment page. Please refer to the membership payment page for specific information. 2.2. The OtterLife App platform reserves the right to adjust pricing standards at any time based on actual circumstances.3. Service Content
3.1. The OtterLife App platform will provide members with various exclusive premium membership services. 3.2. The OtterLife App platform reserves the right to adjust service content at any time based on actual circumstances.4. Service Activation and Termination
4.1. You activate this service after paying the required fees through WeChat Pay/Alipay payment methods. 4.2. You may not activate this service for yourself or others through any of the following methods:- For profit, business, or other non-personal use purposes
- Through any robot software, spider software, crawler software, etc.
- Through any improper means or in violation of the principle of good faith
- Through methods not designated by the OtterLife App platform
- Through methods that infringe on the legitimate rights of the OtterLife App platform or others
- Through other methods that violate relevant laws and administrative regulations
5. Service Period
5.1. The service period of this service is based on the period you choose and pay the corresponding service fee. 5.2. After the membership validity period expires, the OtterLife App platform will terminate the provision of membership premium services. 5.3. If a member renews during the membership validity period, the validity period will be extended based on the original service validity period.6. Rights and Obligations of Members
6.1. Members should ensure the authenticity of their registration information. 6.2. Members enjoy equal rights as OtterLife App members. 6.3. Members enjoy various premium services of OtterLife App membership during the paid validity period. 6.4. Members may have priority participation in activities organized by the OtterLife App platform.7. Other Provisions
7.1. The interpretation, validity, and dispute resolution of these service terms shall be governed by the laws of Mainland China of the People’s Republic of China. 7.2.
