We’re sorry, but we don’t currently support direct integration with smart watches or fitness bands from brands such as Xiaomi, vivo, or Redmi. This means that even if you can see steps, sleep, heart rate, and other data in the brand’s official app, those data will not automatically sync to this app.

Why can’t they be integrated?

These brands currently do not open up health data read permissions to third-party apps. This is a product strategy decision by the brands and is unlikely to change in the short term. However, this is not a problem with your device, nor an error on your part. If these brands change their strategy and open up their APIs in the future, we’ll add support as soon as possible.

Can I still use the app without device data?

Yes. Most features of the app don’t rely on smart watches or fitness bands and can still be used as normal, for example:
  • Calorie tracking
  • Weight management
  • Water intake records
  • Period tracking
  • Habit building
  • Daily health management for diet, exercise, and more
For basic activity data such as steps, you can also choose to record via your phone’s sensors.

What if I still want to track steps?

You can select “Track via phone sensors” in the data source settings. Once enabled, the app will try to record basic health data such as steps using your phone’s built-in sensors. Please note:
  • The data recorded here comes from your phone, not from your fitness band or smart watch;
  • So even if you’re wearing a Xiaomi band, Redmi band, or similar device, the data shown in the app will differ from what’s shown in the official app. They are two independent data sources.

Why might step counts not match?

This is completely normal. Typically, steps recorded by a phone are 20%–40% lower than those from a wearable device. Common reasons include:
  • The phone isn’t carried with you at all times
  • The app hasn’t been granted permissions related to motion, fitness, or physical activity
  • The phone’s system limits background activity or sensor access
  • Sensor algorithms differ between phone brands
  • Phones and wearables count steps in different ways
For these reasons, data recorded via phone sensors is for general reference only and shouldn’t be used as a strict basis for health or medical decisions.

We’re continuing to work on this

We fully understand the desire to “see all your data in one app.” We’ll keep tracking the API openness progress of each brand and let you know as soon as new integrations are available. Thanks for your understanding 🙌
