# OPPO Health FAQ

## About OPPO Health

The OtterLife mobile app currently supports syncing data from OPPO Health. OPPO smart watches and light smart watches support syncing data through the OtterLife mobile app. Bands and other smart devices are not supported yet.

## Authorization Guide

1. Tap Go to authorize, sign in to your OPPO Health account, and select Allow all when granting health permissions
2. Open the OPPO Health app, go to Me - Health Cloud, and turn on Health Cloud Sync

## How do I sync phone data?

【Important】OPPO Health must keep running in the background on your phone. Otherwise, data sync cannot be completed

1. Automatic sync: automatic sync is triggered every time you open the app
2. Manual sync: if automatic sync does not update your data, tap the manual sync button below

## How do I sync watch data?

【Important】OPPO Health must keep running in the background on your phone. Otherwise, data sync cannot be completed

1. Keep Bluetooth and Wi-Fi enabled on both your phone and watch
2. Open the OtterLife app on your watch, then open the OtterLife app on your phone to complete syncing

## How do I install the watch app?

1. Open OPPO Health - Devices and make sure your OPPO Watch is already paired with your phone
2. Go to OPPO Health - Devices - App Store, search for OtterLife, and install it
3. Open the OtterLife app on your OPPO Watch and grant the relevant health data permissions

## Why are there no watch widgets or watch faces?

The official development permissions for this feature have not yet been opened to developers, so we cannot develop it at this time. If the brand opens authorization, we will integrate it as soon as possible.

## Why did my phone data fail to sync?

Phone data needs to be synced from OPPO Health, so there may be some delay.

## Why is the data different between my watch and phone?

Open the OtterLife app on your watch, then open the OtterLife app on your phone to complete syncing.

## Is my watch a smart watch or a light smart watch?

The S series is a light smart watch series, and the X series is a smart watch series.
